By using this website or registering for a workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or register for a workshop.

By accessing this website, submitting a form, or registering for a CrisisReady workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. About Our Workshops

CrisisReady offers practical, live, in-person family emergency-preparedness workshops. Unless stated otherwise, one registration covers a single household, including the attending family members named at the time of registration. Workshop details such as date, time, location, and price are listed on our website and in your confirmation communication and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3. Registration and Payment

Registration for a workshop is confirmed once payment has been received through our website checkout. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change for future sessions. If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by CrisisReady, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered households and offer a replacement session or refund. Requests to change or cancel a registration should be directed to info@onelook.ca and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Use of Workshop Content

By registering for a CrisisReady workshop, you agree to the following:

• Workshop content, including printed materials, workbooks, and any digital resources provided, is for your personal household use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed to others without our prior written permission.

• All workshop materials, branding, and content remain the intellectual property of CrisisReady and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes.

5. Accuracy of Information and No Guaranteed Outcomes

We strive to provide accurate, current, and practical emergency-preparedness information, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Emergency situations are unpredictable, and the effectiveness of any preparedness plan depends on many factors outside our control. Nothing provided in our workshops or on this website constitutes professional emergency management, medical, legal, or safety advice, and it should not be treated as a substitute for guidance from local authorities or qualified professionals.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your family members while attending a CrisisReady workshop, including while travelling to and from the venue. Please follow all venue rules and any instructions given by CrisisReady staff or facilitators during the session.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrisisReady is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your attendance at a workshop or your use of the information, materials, or strategies provided by CrisisReady.
